We Signed the Lease!!!

FINALLLY!!!! We are officially moving into our new apartment December 5th. For those of you that aren't aware of the drama on "As The Apartment Turns" I will try and update you on why I am so so so excited about moving. Layne and I started looking for apartments in early July, we found an apartment we really liked that was under construction and signed the first least in early August to move in September 19th. Well, shortly after signing we talked to our leasing agent again and she said that we could get a bigger apartment with a Lake view if we waited two more weeks so we said yes. Towards the end of July they called and said that due to construction delays our move in date was being pushed out one more week, no problem right???
WRONG!!!! Some of you may or may not remember a lovely little visitor that came to South texas named IKE. I hate Ike by the way!!!! Well thanks to Ike they moved our date again to November 14th, it took me a few days but I decided that was ok because I would have plenty of time to get situated before the holidays. Then on Halloween I found out that due to the hurricane they were taking extra precautions and running all these tests on each individual apartment to check for spores and dampness which meant that the contractor would not release the building to be liveable until December 1st...so we will move in that Friday since the 1st is a monday. We went Saturday and actually got to walk in our beautiful completed apartment and then today after work we got to re-sign the lease:) I am so excited to move in less than two weeks...and the best part is we get to put the Christmas tree up the weekend we move in! (I love to decorate for the Holidays!)

My First Blog....Tuesday 10!

Ok, I am new to this whole blogging thing but I thought for my first post i would steal an idea from Cara and Kimmie! Also....if you could help me out I want to make my blog look a little better so any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated! Here goes my Tuesday 10!

1. My name is Brittany Bliss Ludwig and I am 23 years old

2. I seriously think I could LIVE off mexican food...it is the best thing in the whole world!

3. I have a wonderful boyfriend name Layne, who makes me laugh and smile more than I think I ever have before. Bad days are a little better when you get to go home to someone who always knows how to make you smile :)

4. I am a big Daddy's girl, know matter how old I get he will always be Daddy and I will always ask him for advice.

5. I love to laugh... for those who know me, i laugh A LOT and usually very loud(sorry can't help it!)

6. I am a coffee addict! I love love love coffee. 2 Creams and 2 sugars please!

7. I have the most amazing friends a girl could ask for! These girls are here for me through everything and I can always count on them. Some I have known for years and some very recently but everything is a little better when you have girls like these!

8. I am a picture fanatic...the papz aint got nothin on me ;) I love to take pictures and i put pictures up everywhere at home, in my office....EVERYWHERE

9. I am a sucker for jewelry and shoes. I have a serious shoe fetish and can't help but by them when i find cute ones in my size (I'm a size 5!) I love big jewelry especially turquoise and anything with crosses on it!

10. I am truly a country girl, I love all things country. In fact my whole apartment(we have been waiting 3 extra months to move thanks to Ike, but that is another blog.) is going to be decorated "country style" and I can't wait to move in. I am a Texas girl born and raised and I would not have it any other way!!!!
